Our Portfolio
As a non-profit housing agency whose mandate is to identify and champion affordable housing initiatives responsive to the needs of the Jewish community in the GTA, Kehilla has developed several projects, beginning in 1983 with Project MARC. A central aim of Kehilla is to ensure that government-housing programs are accessed to meet the ongoing needs of the Jewish and broader community. Project MARC, The Avenel and Moshav Orr all offer a mix of affordable market and Rent-Geared-to-Income (RGI) units. For RGI waiting list information, please contact Access to Housing.
